Two-way dust-backup toggle from the pill's Switch.

  • on → clear the opt-out + enable on the live wallet, then run the Drive consent + sync (enableCloudBackup).

  • off → opt out (persisted): flip the live wallet so com.midnight.kuira.sdk.MidnightWallet.refresh stops uploading, and reflect "off" immediately. "No longer uploading" is the disable — no consent revoke.
