Adapts an appearance-theme WalletPanelColors into the sigil pill's vocabulary so both PanelBar pills retheme as ONE unit. The two palettes share every pole except the sigil's avatar-placeholder fill (→ the wallet's button surface) and scrim (a fixed dim overlay).
